Allison E. Pitigoi joined the Law Offices of Mary L. Topliff as Of Counsel after practicing employment litigation and counseling for several years on behalf of employers and management. Ms. Pitigoi specializes in employment law counseling, training and compliance with experience in the defense of class actions and single plaintiff litigation matters. Ms. Pitigoi leverages her counseling and litigation experience to promote best practices in the workplace and minimize risks of costly litigation and employment disputes. Ms. Pitigoi received her Juris Doctor degree from Santa Clara University School of Law where she was an Articles Editor on the Law Review and received the CALI Excellence for Future Award in Employment Law. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree from University of California, Berkeley with a double major in Philosophy and Women’s Studies. She has been admitted to the State Bar of California since 2006. She was also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of California in 2006 and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of California in 2010.
